Ryan Baker is a film director based Los Angeles. Ryan is his own kind of man and he craves finding bits of wisdom from people and places that are underestimated and undervalued. He finds joy in the unimaginable coming to life. Some notable productions Ryan has worked on are The Matrix 4 and 13 Reasons Why! As well as Hollywood productions, Ryan is passionate about the film community in San Francisco, Sacramento, and Los Angeles and prioritizes working on productions that change the way audiences view race, gender, sexuality, and class.
Ryan's film and art work has been featured in international publications and festivals such as Seattle's TRANSlations Film Festival, Outfest LA, Artist Television Access SF, Rookie Magazine, Ramona Magazine, and The National Queer Arts Festival. Ryan graduated from St. Mary's College of California in 2017 with a degree in Communication and a minor in Women and Gender Studies.
